Our Law Firm consists of two attorneys, Dale P. Smith and Donald C. Tabor and a support staff of three. Originally begun as a solo practice in 1988, the partnership of Smith & Tabor was formed in 1997.
From the very beginning we have taken clients on two basis: Prepaid "one fee" representation and Contingiency Fee representation where there is no fee paid if there is no recovery. With these billing options, the client always knows, "what will this cost me?"
While representing the interests of our clients is very important to us, both Dale and Don are very active in local civic affairs, church activities, and youth activities with their growing children.
